Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This is a template provided for convenience and does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on it.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Hype-P (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Overview

Hype-P lets you generate websites and code using AI, authenticating with a self-custodied wallet. We do not ask for your name, email, or password to use the core Service. Your wallet address is your identifier.

2. What we collect

  • Wallet address. The public address you connect with, used as your account identifier and to associate your builds, credits, and payments.
  • Build data. The prompts you submit, the events produced during a build (planning, model steps, reviews), and the resulting files. These are stored so you can view and reload your builds.
  • Credit & payment records. Your credit balance, a ledger of credit changes, and payment records including on-chain transaction hashes, amounts, and status.
  • Technical data. Basic request and server logs (such as timestamps and error information) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell your data.

3. Your API keys

If you choose to bring your own third-party API keys, those keys are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are transmitted to our servers only to run the builds you request, where they are used in-memory to call the relevant provider. We do not persist your keys in our database. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Because localStorage is unencrypted on your device, avoid using shared or untrusted computers when entering keys.

4. How we use data

  • to authenticate you and operate your account;
  • to run builds, stream progress, and let you view and reload past builds;
  • to meter usage, manage credits, and process payments;
  • to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug problems;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing & third parties

To provide the Service, your prompts and related data are sent to third parties, including:

  • AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate output. Your prompts and context are processed under their terms and privacy policies.
  • Image providers (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels) when sourcing stock imagery.
  • Blockchain & RPC providers to read and verify on-chain payments.
  • Infrastructure providers that host our servers and databases.

We share data with these providers only as needed to operate the Service, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Blockchain & payments

Payments occur on a public blockchain (Base). Transaction data — including wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps — is public and permanent by the nature of blockchains, and is outside our control. We record the transaction hash and status to grant credits. We never take custody of your funds or private keys.

7. Cookies & local storage

  • Session cookie. An httpOnly, encrypted cookie that keeps you signed in after you authenticate with your wallet. It is essential to the Service.
  • Local storage. Used on your device to remember settings and, if you opt in, your API keys. This data stays in your browser.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Data retention

We keep your account, build, and payment records for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your build data as described below; note that on-chain payment records cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including transport encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your wallet and device.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify control of the relevant wallet before acting on a request.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
